Departing from the traditional corporate approach, the contemporary design ventures into lifestyle branding, centered around its employees. It aims to stimulate dialogue amidst the brand’s rapid evolution and expansion. GE Aerospace encourages every employee to proudly wear the brand’s graphic, available as a lapel pin or snapback hat, embodying storytellers of its past, present, and future. Additionally, as part of the “Day 1” launch gift, current employees will receive a special “Founder” lanyard.
